Digitized Learning has been providing business education, training, and coaching solutions for over 4 years globally. We have trained via 3 countries in Africa, a dozen countries in South and Central Asia, India, Canada and a multitude of states.
Al Batinga, the founder, has been a part of supporting professionals starting in the military as a teenager. He was challenged by a Drill Instructor to take on the training mantle and accepted the call. He has been in the professional development for over 20 years.
He helped build the largest training organization of its kind and was responsible for the 30-classroom model for over 300 locations globally. His facility had 200 team members with 70 full-time trainers, 50 sales professionals and assorted support professionals with over 250 events per week (50% on location).

High Performance Individuals (HPI) is the essence of a High-Performance Team (HPT). A HPT individual has core, essential skills that contribute to a successful team, the essence of accomplishment: a Team. A High-Performance Team meets and exceeds their goals and objectives consistently as well as maximizes each team member's potential, a high and worthy goal.
A High-Performance Individual (HPI) has 8 core skills:
1. Emotional Intelligence (EI or EQ, Quotient) is the foundation for a High-Performance Individual (HPI) Emotional Intelligence is the ability to manage one's emotions and positively influence those around you. It consists of 4 segments:
1) Self-awareness
2) Self-Management
3) Social Awareness
4) Reationship Management
This 3 or 6 hour interactive, engaging workshop helps and supports our most important foundational: Emotional Intlelligence.
2. Thinking is the next foundational skill. There are several types of thinking: critical (included is analytical and logic), strategic, creative, and systems thinking. Critical and logical thinking is the foundation of all cognitive skills. With a strong foundation of cognitive skills developing additional skills are more fluid with greater potential. Creativity, resilience, grit, mental toughness, decision making, problem solving are easier to develop with solid critical and logical thinking skills. In this online live interactive workshop, we discuss definitions and structure of critical and logical thinking. Inherent in understanding, retention and continued development are exercises, testing and challenge of our status.
This 3-6 workshop delves into foundational thinking that helps solve problems.
3. Communication is not just A skill; it is THE skill. Almost every organization we've worked with has areas of communication that can be improved. With identification of potential growth areas and opportunities in communication, exponential growth is possible within an organization. Communication entails verbal, vocal, visual and written communication.
High-Performance Teams (HPT) communicate at the highest levels.
We provide 3 to 6 hour customized communication workshops based on your needs. We can also utilize DISC assessments focused on communication.
4. Learning how to learn, integrate, synchronize and utilize information is the next critical skill. In other words, everything needed to solve problems.
In other words, learning how to learn, absorb and utilize information to solve root problems.
In this 3 hour workshop, we learn how we think and learn (metacognition), merge and synchronize this with existing information and utilize it for benefit.
5. All of us have needs for Specialized Skills within our respective positions. . Here are a few pertinent to many:
1) Project Management
2) Working with Difficult People
3) Conflict Resolution
4) Resource Management
5) Team Building
6) Business Etiquette and Ethics
Like all other modules, this is customizable based on need. This can be a 3 to 6 hour workshop based on need of the respective specialized skills.
6. Tech 2.0, A few years ago, being proficient in MS Office was sufficient; it no longer is. With cloud computing, flexible work environments, and remote work teams, deeper and wider tech knowledge is necessary: Saving and extracting information on various cloud sources, basic equipment troubleshooting and a multitude of software and hardware necessities.
This is a 3 to 6 hour workshop based on background and need.
7. Health and Well-being is critical and not enough attention is paid here. We discuss stress management and some fundamental health and well-being principles.
In 3 hours, we cover daily essentials for working through stressful environments, basic health and well-being principles.
8. Connecting the DOTS is the final skill. It is covered in Emotional Intelligence and Thinking as well as in Specialized Skills. In this module, we wrap up by scenario-based exercises. We put our learning to the practical use. How do we react in different scenarios and why? How do we synthesize these 2-days to maximize our resources: time, energy and expertise?
This is the final 90-minutes of scenario-based exercises to summarize and graduating as a High-Performance Individual (HPI). CONGRATULATIONS!

Managerial and Leadership Workshops
These modulars can be taught via standard workshop or customized in various degrees dependent on your goals and objectives as well as based on the existing individual's experience and current skill.
The recommended follow-up is a coaching program. I am a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. John is the most prolific writer in leadership history with over 90 books. He has trained thousands of leaders through his global program.
As mentioned earlier, we are certified DISC assessment professionals that can help identify communication styles. It is a 20 minute assessment that returns a 26-page report to help create and craft a development plan.
This business - DIGITIZED LEARNING - was started on October 1st, 2020 in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our founding team has experienced homelessness, near-death devastating hospitalization, divorce, lay-offs, year-long unemployment, financial upheaval, tax burdens all within the Covid-19 era... The "old" word was FUD - Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. The newer word that describes our state-of-affairs is VUCA: Volatile Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. Covid-19 coupled with unrest, political differences and the financial burden has forced most people in challenging, unprecedented positions.
With no clear end in site, the turmoil continues. Digitized Learning is like the symbolic Phoenix rising.
