Two or more individuals focused on common goals that maximizes resources, minimizes expenses and wastes; and meets and exceeds goals and objectives. So if you are a business owner, leader, manager, this is for you.

I believe whole heartedly that these 4 principles or pillars are the ingredients you'll need to unlock and unleash a high performance team to be the organization of tomorrow and future and not just an organization of today's challenges.

We've worked with hundreds of people, different businesses and organizations all over the world and these universal principles that you should put into your own business.

The 4 Pillars Of A High Performance Team

Pillar 1

Assess

The most important concept is to ensure that you have the right people in the right seats on the bus. I can't tell you how many organizations and businesses are heavily impacted by under utilizing and under valuing their team because they don't simply know how much their team can support, facilitate and even if they can rise to the occasion. The assessments will tell you their natural tendencies, strengths, challenges and best type of position.

Pillar 2

Mind

Everyone in the team is required to think and act with a high performance mind and heart. There is an imposed urgency, technological changes and advancements, trending times are calling for hybrid workforce. The ever evolving nature of work demands for re-skilling teams that utilizes, builds and develops critical thinking and analysis, resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility, reasoning, problem solving and ideation.

Everyone is an important jigsaw at work.
Pillar 3

Connection

Let's connect the assessments which strategic and tactical actions that build and support attaining your goals and objectives. Connection as a high performance organization and team is about moving roadblocks, bridging gaps and connecting the dots that matter to your organization and team. It takes internal and external synergy where the sum of the parts is greater than the whole to bring trust which results in meaningful connection not meaningless coordination.

Pillar 4

Internalization

We want much of these actions to come from the subconscious rather than the conscious. When high performance organizations as yourself are looking for are the leading indicators that demonstrate team change, team behavior, team progress. The other facet of internalization is that your team is building in the skills using the tools and developing second nature work style reflexes.

The goal for any organization is to stand the test of time, to sustain over the challenges and compete at the highest levels.

The reason to build and develop a high performance team is to meet and exceed goals and objectives while maximizing resources, minimizing expenses and waste so you can compete at the highest level. The ultimate goal is to demonstrate, to enhance the collective, to bring coordination and cohesiveness to the forefront.

What our clients are saying

"Al Batinga has the rare quality, desire, interest, and talent to listen to others. Al makes one feel heard, appreciated, and important. Mr. Batinga remembers and repeats to his students what THEY have said. He includes what’s important to them and merges it into his talk—recreating what a student says and weaving it into his subject is an uncanny quality that very few people/trainers/speakers can demonstrate. I would strongly recommend Al Batinga as a speaker or trainer for any event."
